The location was very convenient being right next to the train station.

The gym was too small and lacked air conditioning. I also couldn't get in because my key card didn't work, frustrating. I found neither a hairdryer nor an iron in my room. The bathroom was tiny, too.

the reception area was lovely and the staff was helpful. the bed and pillows was very comfortable. the hotel location is great to go everywhere.

the room was very poorly cleaned in fact. shelves for clothes had dust and i found it on my clothes. there was a dirty wine glass left in the hallway, not very nice.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything I needed was at hand in the room. I ordered a meal in my room and it was delicious.

The staff looked miserable and were very unhelpful. The front desk staff said the hotel was too busy for a late checkout, then made me pay for an extra night.
